Glassware: Nick & Nora coupe\, Garnish: orange pigtail \nBLACK WALL STREET\n2 oz Uncle Nearest 1884\n.5 oz Mint Syrup (2 parts h2o\, 1 part White sugar\, 1 cup of mint)\n2 dashes Fee Brothers Black Walnut Bitters  \nMethod: Stir in mixing glass with ice for 15 seconds. Grab these ingredients so you can follow along at home and learn how to make these cocktails too! \nBREDDA BREDDA (a play on a classic Penicillin)\n2 oz Uncle Nearest 1884 Small Batch\n3/4 oz Giffard Crème de Pêche\n1/2 oz honey syrup\n1/2 oz lemon juice\n1/4 oz Suze\n1/4 oz ginger syrup\n– – Shake well and serve over one large cube with a spritz of mezcal on top! \nSOUTHERN CONNECTION\n2 oz Uncle Nearest 1856\n1 oz Amaretto\n3/4 oz Lemon Juice\n1/2 oz Simple Syrup\n1 Egg white\nCombine all ingredients in shaker and dry shake. Add Ice. Shake again\, then strain and pour over new ice in rocks glass. Garnish with a cherry & lemon twist. \n
