Blood Orange\n1/2 oz. Agave  \nShake hard with ice for 10 sec\, strain over fresh ice.  \nServed in a rocks glass with a half rim of Alderwood sea salt. Garnish with blood orange and ENJOY!

Glassware: Nick & Nora coupe\, Garnish: orange pigtail \nBLACK WALL STREET\n2 oz Uncle Nearest 1884\n.5 oz Mint Syrup (2 parts h2o\, 1 part White sugar\, 1 cup of mint)\n2 dashes Fee Brothers Black Walnut Bitters  \nMethod: Stir in mixing glass with ice for 15 seconds. Hibiscus Tea\nTop with Club Soda\nCombine all ingredients  in a mixer (except club soda) and shake until well chilled. In a tall glass add fresh ice\, and 2 oz of club soda and top with shaken ingredients. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
