And as a special treat\, Sailor will demonstrate her signature\, La Mer cocktail\, she created to pair with this delicious vegetarian dish. \nLA MER\n1 oz Uncle Nearest 1856\n1/2 oz Punte E Mas\n1/2 oz Bordeaux or Beaujolais\n1 tsp fresh lemon\n1 tsp fresh lime juice\n1 tsp Lillet Rouge\n1 healthy spritz of salt water \nDIRECTIONS: Add the whiskey\, Punt E Mas and juices to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well\nStrain into a rocks glass over a king cube\nPour the red wine over the back of a spoon gently on top of the cocktail\nThen pour the Lillet Rouge the same way on top of the wine\nSpritz the salt water over the top of the cocktail about 4 inches away\nGarnish with a rosemary sprig \nTUNE IN LIVE AT 8PM EST ON FACEBOOK AND YOUTUBE!
