Bourbon Barrel-Aged Milk Stout\n3 drops Mole Bitters\n2 spritz St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram \nGlass: Old Fashioned\nPrep glass with king cube \nMethod: shake all components except Allspice… spritz Allspice over cube into glass. Pour components and serve \nTHE SOULFLOWER (based on the classic Presbyterian)\n1.5 oz Uncle Nearest 1884\n.75 oz St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur\n.25 oz Lemon juice\n.25 oz Rosemary Sage syrup (from 18.21 bitters or make your own)\nShake and strain into collins glass over fresh ice\nFill 1/2 ginger beer and 1/2 club soda\nTop with .25 oz of Cynar\nGarnish with sprig of rosemary
