Shake and stir along with us! \nTUNE IN LIVE AT 8PM EST ON FACEBOOK AND YOUTUBE! \nMake cocktails along with us! \n \nSOMETHING IN THE WATER \n1.5 oz Uncle Nearest 1884\n.5 oz Rich Cinnamon Syrup*\n.5 oz Rivulet \nMethod: stir & strain over king cube\nGarnish: candied or praline pecan topped w/ 2 drops Hellfire Bitters \n*Rich Cinnamon Syrup:\n1 cup distilled water\n2 cups sugar in the raw\n4-6 cinnamon sticks \n \nINDELIBLE ORCHARD \n1 oz apple/ginger/cinnamon brown syrup\n2 oz semi-sweet hard cider \nMethod: shake & strain\nGlassware: Collins glass\nGarnish: spice-rubbed apple slice & rosemary sprig \nSyrup: 4 cups unfiltered honey crisp apple juice\n3 cups brown sugar\n1 cup sugar in the raw (turbinado)\n3 apples’ peels\n1 cup chopped ginger\n6 cinnamon sticks\n1/2 tsp Himalayan salt\nCombine ingredients and maintain low boil\, then simmer additional 30 minutes.
