2 LBS of Whole Chicken Wings
1 Can of Peaches in Syrup
1 Whole Peach Sliced
1/2 Cup of Uncle Nearest
1 small can of Chipotle in Adobo sauce
1 bottle of Chef Jernard’s Caribbean Island Fire Sauce
4 Tablespoons of Lemon Pepper Ranch Seasoning
3 Tablespoons Crack Black Pepper to taste
2 Tablespoons Kosher salt to taste
Barbecue Grill, Smoker or Oven…..
BLEU RANCH DIP
1 small package of Bleu Cheese Crumbles
2 Tablespoons of fresh Dill herb
1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
2 tablespoons of Lemon Pepper Ranch Seasoning
1/2 Cup of Mayo
1/2 cup of sour cream
FROZEN DRINK: UNCLE’S INDEPENDENCE
1 cup Strawberry Daiquiri Mix
3 Ounces Coconut cream
1 ounce Blue Curacao
6 ounces Uncle Nearest
Direction: Pour ingredients and three cups of ice into blender and watch ATL Brand Ambassador, Jay Madison blend it up!
