2 oz Uncle Nearest 1856
½ oz Sage & Cola Syrup
1 tsp activated charcoal powder
2 dashes black walnut bitters

1 oz pumpkin puree
1 tsp nutmeg

1 tsp/dropper juice from cocktail cherry cherries
1 sage leaf

DIRECTIONS: Shake the whiskey, cola syrup and activated charcoal & bitters with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, add one pellet of dry ice. Take the pumpkin puree & nutmeg, shake with ice, then gently pour on top of the cocktail, drop the cherry juice around the rim to look like blood. Add a single sage leaf.
