Rye Tai
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Uncle Nearest Straight Rye
.75 oz Orange Curaçao
.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
.5 oz Small Hand Foods Orgeat
.5 oz Equiano Dark Rum
Garnish: Lime Wheel and Mint Sprig
Method:
- Add all liquid ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake hard for 10 seconds.
- Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice.
- Garnish with a mint sprig and lime wheel.

Ingredients:
2 oz Uncle Nearest Straight Rye
.75 oz Du Nord Cafe Frieda Coffee Liquor
2 Dashes Hella Cocktail Co Orange Bitters
Garnish: Flamed Orange Peel
Method:
- Add all liquid ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice, and stir until well-chilled.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Flame an orange peel over the top of the drink to express its oils, then garnish with the peel.
Rye Smash
Ingredients:
2 oz Uncle Nearest Straight Rye
3 Lemon Wedges
6 Mint Leaves
0.5 oz – 0.75 Simple Syrup
Seasonal Fruit
Garnish: Mint Sprig
Method:
- Combine lemon wedges, mint leaves, simple syrup, (and seasonal fruit if using) in a cocktail shaker.
- Muddle gently to release juice and oils. Add Uncle Nearest Straight Rye and ice. Shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds.
- Double strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Garnish with a mint sprig.
El Mano Izquierda

Ingredients:
1.5 oz Uncle Nearest Straight Rye
.75 oz Campari
.75 oz Sweet Vermouth (preferably Cocchi di Torino)
3 dashes Hella Cocktail Co. Mexican Chocolate Bitters
Garnish: Orange Peel
Method:
- Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with an orange peel.

Ingredients:
2.5 oz Uncle Nearest Straight Rye
.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
.75 oz Fresh Orange Juice
1 tsp Grenadine
Garnish: Orange wedge, cocktail cherry or Luxardo cherry
Method:
- Add all liquid ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake hard for 10 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass or coupe.
- Garnish with an orange wheel and Luxardo cherry.
