Combine all liquid ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir for 30 seconds, or until desired chill and dilution are reached. Strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass. Flame an orange peel and express the oils over the drink. Set the peel on the rim of the glass for garnish.
