OLD TENNESSEE SQUIRE – (Vieux Carre variation) – paired with Fat Hen cigar
1 oz Uncle Nearest 1856
1 oz Cognac
1 Tbsp Benedictine Liqueur
1 oz Pune E Mes or any Sweet Vermouth
1 dash Peychaud’s Bitters
1 dash Walnut Bitters
DIRECTIONS: Stir all ingredients with ice, then strain over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
