WITCHING HOUR
2oz. Uncle Nearest 1884
.5oz. Rivulet
.5oz. Six & Twenty Carolina Cream
1.5oz. Bourbon Barrel-Aged Milk Stout
3 drops Mole Bitters
2 spritz St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram
Glass: Old Fashioned
Prep glass with king cube
Method: shake all components except Allspice… spritz Allspice over cube into glass. Pour components and serve
THE SOULFLOWER (based on the classic Presbyterian)
1.5 oz Uncle Nearest 1884
.75 oz St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
.25 oz Lemon juice
.25 oz Rosemary Sage syrup (from 18.21 bitters or make your own)
Shake and strain into collins glass over fresh ice
Fill 1/2 ginger beer and 1/2 club soda
Top with .25 oz of Cynar
Garnish with sprig of rosemary
