LASTING IMPRESSION
1.5 oz. Uncle Nearest 1884
1 tsp. Raspberry preserves
.5 oz simple syrup
.5 oz. fresh lemon
2 dashes Regan’s orange bitters
Method: Shake (with vigor/unbridled enthusiasm to break down raspberry) & Strain. Glassware: Nick & Nora coupe, Garnish: orange pigtail
BLACK WALL STREET
2 oz Uncle Nearest 1884
.5 oz Mint Syrup (2 parts h2o, 1 part White sugar, 1 cup of mint)
2 dashes Fee Brothers Black Walnut Bitters
Method: Stir in mixing glass with ice for 15 seconds. Strain over charcoal infused ice cube. (mint leaf inside cube) – charcoal powder and water). Top with a splash of Fever Tree Ginger Beer (1-2oz). Garnish with mint sprig.
