EL FUEGO
1 1/2 oz 1884
1 tsp Plum bitters
1 tsp tobacco bitters
1 Tbsp punt e mas
2 Tbsp Scotch whisky
Smoke the inside of your glass using the technique Sailor will show you. In a cocktail shaker, add all ingredients except the Scotch whisky, shake well, strain into the smoked glass, then slowly pour the Scotch whisky on top.
