Atlanta Brand Ambassador, Jay Madison, teaches our beloved Master Blender, Victoria Eady Butler, to make some fantastic whiskey cocktails. Grab these ingredients so you can follow along at home and learn how to make these cocktails too!
BREDDA BREDDA (a play on a classic Penicillin)
2 oz Uncle Nearest 1884 Small Batch
3/4 oz Giffard Crème de Pêche
1/2 oz honey syrup
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/4 oz Suze
1/4 oz ginger syrup
– – Shake well and serve over one large cube with a spritz of mezcal on top!
SOUTHERN CONNECTION
2 oz Uncle Nearest 1856
1 oz Amaretto
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
1 Egg white
Combine all ingredients in shaker and dry shake. Add Ice. Shake again, then strain and pour over new ice in rocks glass. Garnish with a cherry & lemon twist.
