UNCLE’S GARDEN

45ml / 1.5 oz Uncle Nearest 1856
15 ml/ 1/2 oz St Germaine Liqueur
15 ml/ 1/2 oz Grenadine
45 ml/ 1.5 oz Pineapple Juice
1 Egg White

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, shake well, strain into a coupe glass, garnish with a pineapple leaf or edible flowers.
