In french, ‘métier’ means “one’s calling,”. There are 429 breweries statewide, but Woodinville’s Métier Brewing Company is Washington’s only black-owned brewery and one of only two in the entire PNW. We will hear about how this brand and story evolved and what Metier is doing to promote positive change in the industry. Also, Uncle Nearest Ambassador, Sailor, will demonstrate a unique beer and whiskey cocktail with Meitier’s American Wheat & Uncle Nearest 1856!
