1.5 oz Uncle Nearest 1884
.5 oz Italicus
.75 oz Prickly Pear cinnamon syrup
.75 oz fresh lemon juice
Method – put all ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice and shake until cold, strain over ice in rocks glass

GRAND DIVA
1.5 oz Uncle Nearest 1884
2 oz Pineapple juice
.5 oz Ginger syrup
.25 oz Honey syrup
Method: put all ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice and shake until cold, strain over ice in a Collins glass. Top with sparking rose and a smacked piece of sage.
