Representation Matters: Changing the Narrative to include QTPOC and LGBTQA+ persons. Uncle Nearest Market Managers, Ian and Rawnica, will host a panel of Spirit and Hospitality Industry leaders, including our own Brand Ambassador Chasity Beasley, along with Tiffanie Barriere, Ambrosia Borowski, and Kaden Gibson . This panel will dive into the personal career journeys and obstacles for our panelists, all identifying as either QTPOC or LGBTQA+, and discuss what needs to be done to shift the narrative to focusing on making sure persons who identify in these groups are equally represented in the higher levels of organizations within the Spirits and Hospitality Industry.
