25ml Uncle Nearest
5-10ml Equiano Rum
30ml coffee liquor
30ml Espresso
2 dashes Scrappy’s chocolate bitters
Add everything the the shaker, shake like mad. Strain and shake again without the ice, so everything is well shaken up.
Pour into a chilled coupette or martini glass. Let things settle. Serve with all your friends.
