The end of summer usually means back to school, but this year things look a little bit different. Featured Cocktail:
SWEARENGEN SLING
2 brandied cherries
2 oz Uncle Nearest 1856
1/2 oz Amaro Nonino
1/2 oz Cherry Heering
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
Garnish: 1 brandied cherry
DIRECTIONS: In a shaker, muddle the two cherries. Add the remaining ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into a highball or collins glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a brandied cherry on a cocktail pick and serve with a straw.
